Аналіз критичної поведінки гіротропії при фазових переходах у кристалах

Abstract

За результатами експериментальних даних для оптичної активності кристалів Pb5(Ge1-хSiх)3О11, (Pb1-хBaх)5Ge3О11 і (NH3C3H7)2MnCl4 npoаналізовано вплив флуктуацій параметра порядку фазових переходів у цих кристалах на оптичні властивості. Використано підхід, що грунтується на введенні до теорії Ландау першої флуктуаційної поправки. Розраховано кількісні параметри обраної моделі. Результати аналізу засвідчують можливість застосування моделі для опису критичної поведінки при власних сегнетоелектричних і несумірно модульованих фазових переходах.

On the basis of experimental data for the optical activity in Pb5(Ge1-хSiх)3О11, (Pb1-хBaх)5Ge3О11 and (NH3C3H7)2MnCl4 crystals, the influence of order parameter fluctuations appearing in the course of phase transitions on the optical properties of these crystals is analyzed. An approach is used which is based on introducing a socalled first fluctuation correction into the Landau theory. Quantitative parameters of the chosen model are calculated. The results of the analysis testify a possibility for application of the model for describing the critical behaviour for the proper ferroelectric and incommensurately modulated phase transitions.
