| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена аналiзу особливостей використання спецiальних знань пiд час виявлення та розслiдування злочинiв, передбачених статтею 368-2 Кримiнального кодексу України «Незаконне збагачення» [1]. У данiй статтi проаналiзовано досвiд зарубiжних країн щодо способiв та методiв виявлення злочинiв корупцiйної спрямованостi. А також використання спецiальних знань пiд час виявлення та розслiдування корупцiйних злочинiв i вiтчизняний досвiд розслiдування складу злочину незаконного збагачення. Ключовi слова: незаконне збагачення, корупцiя, спецiальнi знання, спецiалiст, експерт, виявлення злочину. Article is devoted to the use of expertise in the detection and investigation of crimes under Article 368-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine «Illicit enrichment». This article analyzes the experience of foreign countries оп ways and methods of detection of corruption offenses orientation. The author describes the use of expertise in the detection and investigation of corruption offenses and domestic experience in the investigation of the offense of illicit enrichment.
