| Abstract: | Ця стаття присвячена дослідженню можливості використання науково-технічних засобів для виявлення та викриття брехні при отриманні інформації від учасників процесу розслідування злочину. Також характеризуються деякі пристрої для детекції показань. Крім того, автор акцентує увагу на причинах існування перешкод процесуального характеру, які не дозволяють застосовувати відповідні науково-технічні засоби в повному обсязі. This рареr is devoted to the study of the possibility of using scientific and technological means to identify and expose lies іn obtaining information from participants in а criminal investigation. Also characterized bу some devices to detect indications. Furthermore, the author focuses оn the causes of procedural barriers that prevent appropriate use of scientific and technical facilities in full. |
