Характер ефективності політичної еліти Закарпаття під час Угорської окупації 1939–1944 років

Abstract

As we know the great attention is giving to the probems of formation and functioning of the political elite. Together with the effective political development of the region, when the local inhabitants began to take an active part in this process the new type of mentality has bеgаn formulate from the best representatives of that society, and the favorite conditions has bееn made for the forming of the own political elite. The period of the Hungarian occupation in the political history of Transcapathia is peculiary too. But the formation of the political elite in that period differed cardinaly fтom the foпnation of such political power in the Czech pe­riod. The new elite groups began to form in the time of disintegration of Hungary in the 1939 - 1944.
