| Abstract: | This article observes the question aЬout the forming peculiarity elite URSR after war period. This article deals vital analysis the political activity of First Secretary of the Communist party in the Ukrainian SSR; they have rolled from 1945 to 1991. The main task ofthis machine was to appoint on the state position. It was the characteristic ofthe soviet totalitarianism. The soviet history has showed the evolution of the status and the role of the lосаl political elite during whole soviet period. |
