| Abstract: | У статті автор з'ясовує сутність та зміст понять «процесуальна форма», «форми представництва прокурором» та наведено їх класифікації. Наведено ряд особливостей представництва прокуратури як самостійної конституційної функції. Запропоновано авторську класифікацію форм представництва прокуратурою інтересів дітей у суді. The author trashes out the concepts core аnd content of «form of action». «prosecutior representation forms» and gives their classifications in the article. Number of representation features as independent constitutional function of public prosecution office is given. Also the author classification of prosecutor representation forms of chlrdren interest at court is offered. |
