| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню діяльності Європейського Суду з прав людини, а саме аналізу рішень щодо порушення 2, З, 5 та 8 статей Конвенції про захист прав людини і основоположних свобод. Проаналізовано особливості захисту права на здоров'я в державах-членах Ради Європи. Автор акцентує увагу на розумінні Європейським Судом з прав людини змісту права на здоров'я. The article is devoted to research of the activities of the European Court of Human Rights, nаmеІу the analysis of judgments about violations of articles 2. З, 5 and 8 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights аnd Fundamental Freedoms. Іt is described the approaches of the protection of the right to health in the Member States of the Council of Europe. The author focuses on the understanding of the European Court of Human Rights of the content of the right to health. |
