Abstract:	The ТІ(4)ZrS(4), ТІ(2)ZrS(3), ТІ(2)Zr(2)S(5), single crystals have been growth by specially cstablished techoological regimes. The chemical analysies were cermied oul according devised methods to growihed crystals. Me curent voltage investigations of oblained crystals cacricd out. ‘Fhe temperature dependence of conductivity have been established to ТІ(4)ZrS(4), ТІ(2)ZrS(3), ТІ(2)Zr(2)S(5). It found, that ТІ(4)ZrS(4), ТІ(2)Zr(2)S(5), a Classic and ТІ(2)ZrS(3) a degenerate semiconductor.
