| Abstract: | There are one or two lermary compounds in the systems of Hg-X-Y type, where X - S, Se, Te; Y- F, Cl, I. All of them have the general structure organization such that the main structural motive is the umbrellas of XHg3 - type which are con- nected one with another by means of ejther endless chains or closed cube-octahedra. Six new structure types of ꞵ-Hg3S2CI2 , a-Hg3S2Br2, Hg3Se2Br2, Hg3Te2BrI, Hg3TeCl4 and Hg3S2(Br2I)0.67 have been established and investigated. |
