| Abstract: | The properties of fluorined HTSC - ecramics based on YBA2Cu3O7-б compound have been cheerved by methads of X - ray dtffraction, thermal, chemical, microstructural analysts, Temperature dependencies of electroconductivity in region 77 -300 K was mvestigated. The Tc≈ 125 K in YBA2Cu3O6.90F0.10 sample was founded. The existance of solid solutions YBA2Cu3O7-бFx in region x = 0 ÷ 0.30 was founded. The increasing of Muonne concentration higher as x > 0.30 leads te mooluiphese sainples formation. |
