| Abstract: | The Сd2P2S6 and Cd2P2Se6 single crystals have been grown by CVT technique with iodine in closed silica amponls. The temperature dependencies of electroconductivity and dielectric constants of Сd2P2S6 single crystals wore investigated. It was found that dielectric properties of their crystals change anormally at 280-320 K. It may be caused by the phase transition in Cd2P2Se6. The some optical properties of Cd2P2Se6 single crystals were studied. |
