| Abstract: | The reaction between allylmanganesehaloides and dialkylaminocyclohexanone isrealised in streocpecific maner and resultes 1-allyl-2-aminoalkile-1-hexanoles in conformation of cis-isomer. And can be explaned by action of intermolecular H-bond OH...N. 1-Allyl-2-dimethylamino-1- cyclohexanol, 1-allyl-2-diethylamino-1-cyclohexanol, 1-allyl-2-morfolino-1-cyclohexanol, 1-allyl-2- pipenidine-1-cyclo-hexanol, 1-allyl-2-hexamethylamyno-1-cyclohexanol have been synthesized. |
