Історія становлення та розвитку інституту захисту прокурором прав і свобод дітей в Україні

Abstract

У статтi вiдображено iсторiю формування iнституту захисту прокурором прав i свобод неповнолiтнiх в Українi, починаючи з моменту створення прокуратури Петром I i до сьогоднi. Зроблено висновок про те, що ця iнституцiя пройшла тривалий шлях розвитку i як окремий напрямок прокурорської дiяльностi захист прав i свобод дитини сформувалася лише у 2012 роцi. Ключовi слова: захист прав i свобод дiтей, прокуратура України, iсторiя органiв прокуратури.

The history of formation of the institute of protection is preseпted in the article bу the prosecutor of the rights and freedoms of minors in Ukraine, since the momeпt of creation of prosecutor's office Peter I аnd up to nowadays. The conclusion is that this institution passed а long way of development and as the separate direction of public prosecutor's activity protection of the rights and freedoms of children it was created only in 2012.
