| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослiдженню iсторичних i полiтико-правових передумов створення Ради Європи та її головних органiв, серед яких Парламентська Асамблея i Комiтет Мiнiстрiв. Проаналiзовано рiзнi пiдходи щодо формування органiзацiї, якi висувалися на початку її заснування. Ключовi слова: об'єднання Європи, Брюссельський Договiр, Рада Європи, європейська органiзацiя, Комiтет Мiнiстрiв. The article is devoted to research the historical, political and legal preconditions of creation of the Council of Europe and its main bodies, including the Parliamentary Assembly and the Committee of Ministers. Various approaches to the formation of the organization that have been put forward at the beginning of its creation are analyzed.
