Abstract

Наукова стаття присвячена дослiдженню теоретико-правових аспектiв реалiзацiї норм мiжнародного права. Розглядаються питання щодо термiнологiчних проблем тлумачення понять «реалiзацiя» та «iмплементацiя». Проведено теоретичний аналiз механiзму iмплементацiї мiжнародно-правових норм та визначення сутi його структурних елементiв. Автор також торкається питання стосовно впливу мiжнародного права на нацiональну правову систему у процесi реалiзацiї мiжнародно-правових зобов'язань. The scientific article is devoted to the research of theoretical and legal aspects of realization of norms of the international law. The questions concerning terminological problems of interpretation of the concepts «realization» and «implementation» are considered. The theoretical analysis of implementation mechanism of international-legal norms is carried out. The analysis of the definition of the essence of its structural elements is carried out. The author also touches the questions оn an effect of international law оn the national legal system during the implementation of international-legal obligations.
