Онтологічний аспект Інституцій Гая

Abstract

Стаття присвячена онтологiї Інституцiй Гая - висвiтленню соцiокультурних умов перiоду принципату, що iснували у ІІ ст. н. е. в Римськiй iмnepiї та впливали на створення lнституцiй Гая. Проаналiзовано рiзнi точки зору вчених щодо причин iснування вiдповiдних соцiокультурних умов у II ст. н. е. в Римськiй iмnepiї. Автором акцентується увага на аналiзi соцiокультурних умов перiоду принципату. The article is devoted to the coverage of sociocultural conditions for the period of the Principate, which took place in the II century А.О. in the Roman Empire and influenced the creation of the lnstitutes of Gaius. The author analyzes the different points of view of scientists about the causes the existence of relevant socio-cultural conditions in the II century А.О. in the Roman Empire. The author focuses оn the analysis of sociocultural conditions for the period of the Principate.
