Визначена оригінальна класифікація злочинів проти моральності за видовим об'єктом. The article presents а different perspective on the introduction of view on the classification of crimes against public order and morality. The classification crimes against public order аrе proved impossible. The original classification of crimes against morality аrе determined for the specific of object. |
