| Abstract: | В статті досліджено проблеми оцінки та обліку гудвілу підприємства. Для розуміння еволюції розуміння ролі гудвілу в діяльності підприємства розглянуто етапи його розвитку. Систематизовано складові гуд-вілу, що дає можливість більш глибоко зрозуміти сутність та визначити умови проведення його оцінки. Узагальнено методи оцінки гудвілу та особливості його відображення в обліку. Визначено вплив обліко-во-аналітичних процесів на оцінку вартості підприємства в цілому. Ключові слова: гудвіл, ділова репутація, облік, оцінка, методика, методи, об’єднання підприємств. |
| Description: | The article investigates the problem of evalua-tion and accounting of the company's goodwill. The author considers the stages of godwill development to comprehend the evolution of the understanding of the role of enterprise goodwill. The article has systema-tized goodwill constituents, which allows to understand its essence more deeply and define the conditions of its assessment. It also offers the overview of goodwill evaluation methods and features of its recording. The investigation determines the influence of accounting and analytical processes on the assessment of the en-terprise value as a whole. Key words: goodwill, busi-ness reputation, accounting, evaluation methods, meth-ods of enterprise integration. |
