Abstract: | Дана стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних проблем криміналістичного забезпечення слідчої діяльності та питанням, які є дискусійними. У статті аналізуються погляди сучасних та радянських вчених-криміналістів стосовно визначення криміналістичного забезпечення, його змісту та системи. Також визначаються його значущість для діяльності з розслідування злочинів. Article is devoted to the analysis of the current issues of forensic providing of investigation activities and to the other disputable issues. The scientific views of modern and soviet researchers about the determination of forensic providing are analyzed. The significance of the providing for the crime investigation is defined. |
