| Abstract: | The theoretical thermodynamic analysis of phase formation in system Y-Ba-Cu-O-F was carried out. The mechanism of formation YBa2Cu3O7-б F у superconductors was investigated bу DTA in region 100-1100°С and XRA for determination optimum temperature conditions of preparation. The scheme of formation processes from YFз (YOF), Y2O3, ВаСО3 and CuO have been proposed. The using YOF as fluorinating agent for preparation effective high temperature superconductors was recommended. |
