| Abstract: | The HgSe-HgBr2-HgI2 ternary system has been studied bу X-ray diffraction and differential thermal methods. Phase diagram of Hg3Se2Br2 - Hg3Se2I2 section of given system has been obtained as а result of analysis. The extention of solid solutions based on Hg3Se2Br2 and Hg3Se2I2 has been ascertained. The isothermal section of HgSe-HgBr2-HgI2 ternary system at 470 К has been built. The disposition of the fields of two-phase and three- phase equilibria has been fixed. |
