Abstract:	An alumophosphate catalyst is obtained by the method of sedimentation. The physico- chemical properties of the obtained catalyst are studied by means of DT, RP, IR- spectroanalysis. The influence of thermo-treatment temperature on phase composition, structure and value of surface of aluminium phosphate was determined. The general surface acidity of AlPO4 and the distribution of acidity center concentration according to their strenght are defined. The dependence of surface acidity and acidity center -distribution (according their strenght) from thermotreating temperature is determined.
