| Abstract: | Ситуація в Афганістані, що виникла через захоплення влади ісламістсько-те- рористичною організацією Талібан, набула характеру гуманітарної катастро- фи. Вона викликала відтік широких соціокультурних мас у пошуках прихистку від її наслідків у країнах Західної Європи, інститути держав якої мають проявити чітку позицію, щоб усталити внутрішньо- та зовнішньополітичну обстановку з метою уникнення непередбачуваних наслідків. Такий стан може загрожувати безпеці країн ЄС. Тому необхідність чіткої оцінки політичної реакції органів дер- жавної влади європейських країн є важливим завданням сьогодення для визна- чення ефективних орієнтирів вирішення проблеми «східного наступу на Захід». Завдання наукової роботи – проаналізувати політичну реакцію держав Єв- ропейського Союзу щодо політики Талібану в Афганістані. |
| Description: | As it can be understood from today’s media, the situation in Afghanistan, which arose due to the seizure of power by the Islamist-terrorist organization «Taliban», has become a «humanitarian catastrophe». It has caused an outflow of broad socio-cultural masses, which are looking for an asylum from its consequences in countries of the Western Europe, whose institutions must show a clear response to stabilize domestic and foreign policy atmosphere in order to avoid unpredictable consequences. Such situation may be a threat for security of the EU member states, both individually and in general. Therefore, the need to provide a clear assessment of the political reaction of public authorities in European countries is the leading task today to determine effective guidelines of resolving problem so-called «eastern offensive against the West». Task of scientific work. To analyze the political reaction of EU states to the Taliban’s policy in Afghanistan.
