| Abstract: | Проаналізовано і визначено складові основних принципів ефективної судової влади. Детально вивчено погляди різних науковців на поняття, різновиди принципів та їх походження. Досліджена можливість класифікації принципів судової влади шляхом поділу на три основні групи - організаційні, загальні, функціональні. Проаналізовано міжнародно-правові стандарти діяльності та функціонування судової влади, визначено найбільш значущі принципи ефективної судової влади. Analyzed and identified components of the basic principles of an effective judiciary. Studied in detail views of various scholars on the concept, principles and types of origin. The possibility of classification principles of judicial power bу dividing into three main groups - organizational, general functionality . Analysis of international ІеgаІ standards for the functioning of the judiciary and identifying the most important principles of effective judiciary. |
