| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена вивченню громадських організацій як структурного елементу у громадянському суспільстві. Представлено критерії оцінки ефективності функціонування громадських організацій в Україні. Проаналізовані основні конституційні аспекти регулювання права на об'єднання. Розглянуті умови функціонування некомерційних організацій в Україні, зарубіжних країнах. Проаналізоване законодавство України щодо особливостей діяльності громадських об'єднань в Україні. The агtісІе is devoted to studying of public organizations as structural elements in the Ukrainian society. The criteria for evaluating effectiveness of public organizations in Ukraine are represented. The content, guarantees of the right to association realization have been analyzed. Surrounding of noncommercial organizations in Ukraine and other countries is described. Role of the third sector in favoring sustainable development of а society is stipulated. Particular attention was paid to functioning of public associations. |
