| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано існуючі в науковій літературі основні погляди та підходи науковців щодо дослідження ролі та значення держави в процесі формування норм міжнародного права. На основі такого дослідження автор виокремлює та характеризує теоретико-правові особливості держави як суб'єкта міжнародної правотворчості. The article analyzes the existing scientific literature the basic views and approaches of scientists to research the role and importance of the state іn the process of international law. Based оn this research the author distinguishes and characterizes theoretical - the ІеgаІ peculiarities of the state as а subject of international law-making pгocess. |
