| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню конституційних екологічних обов'язків як важливої складової конституційного статусу людини та центрального елемента її еколого-правового статусу. Проаналізовано юридичну природу, зміст, особливості, структуру екологічних обов'язків та їх конституційно-правове регулювання в Україні. Проведено їх класифікацію, проаналізовано умови і фактори, які впливають на здійснення конституційних обов'язків у галузі охорони довкілля. The аrtісІе is devoted research of constitutional ecological duties as an important constituent of constitutional status of person and central element it ecological legal status. Legal nature, maintenance, features, structure of ecological duties, is analyzed and them constitutionally legal adjusting in Ukraine. Their classification is conducted, terms and factors which influence on realization of constitutional duties іn industry of guard of environment are analyzed. |
