Проблеми забезпечення прав людини в монархіях Арабського Сходу

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблеми забезпечення прав людини в монархіях Арабського Сходу. Автором на прикладі статусу жінки продемонстровано, що принцип рівності в цих державах не є абсолютними. Серед позитивних зрушень у сфері забезпечення прав людини в статті відзначається розширення ролі жінки у суспільстві, що еволюціонувала від сфери сім'ї та професійної діяльності до участі в державних справах (державної служби) та конституційне закріплення основних прав.

The author on the example the status of women demonstrated that the principle of equality in these countries аrе not absolute. Among the positive developments іn the field of human rights in the аrtісІе notes the expansion ofwomen's roles in society, which evolved from the field of family and professional activities to participate in public affairs (public service) and the constitutional recognition of fundamental rights.
