| Abstract: | Дана стаття присвячена аналізу ряду проблем, які виникають під час здійснення фактичної передачі осіб під юрисдикцію запитуючої держави. Автором запропонована розробка науково-обгрунтованих рекомендацій щодо уточнення деяких із них шляхом внесення відповідних змін і доповнень до чинного КПК. This рареr analyzes some problems that may arise during the actual transfer of persons under the jurisdiction of the requesting state. The author proposed the development of evidence-based recommendations for clarification of some of them bу making appropriate changes and amendments to the СРС. |
