Право на звернення до Європейського Суду з прав людини

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню поняття та характерних ознак конституційного права людини і громадянина на звернення за захистом своїх прав і свобод до Європейського Суду з прав людини. Робиться аналіз змісту досліджуваного поняття та умов його реалізації. Значну увагу автор також приділяє визначенню правової природи звернень громадян.

The article investigates the concept and the characteristic features of the constitutional human and civil rights to seek protection of their rights and freedoms in the European Court of Human Rights. Analyzes the contents of the test concepts and terms of its implementation. Much attention is also paid to the definition the legal nature of the citizens' complaints.
