| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі прокуратури в механізмі захисту прав, свобод і законних інтересів людини і громадянина. Проаналізовано різні підходи до форм реалізації правозахисної діяльності органів прокуратури. Автором акцентовано увагу на розкритті змісту поняття «правозахист». The article is devoted to the investigation of the role of prosecutors in the mechanism of protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of man and citizen. lt was analyzed different approaches to the forms of realization of the remedial function bу the prosecution. The author emphasis оn the definition of «human rights protection». |
