| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню питання розмежування цивільних процесуальних статусів експерта та спеціаліста. З цією метою автори аналізують поняття «спеціальні знання» як одне з основоположних критеріїв розмежування статусів даних учасників. У статті пропонується визначення поняття «спеціальні знання», а також досліджується природа спеціальних знань спеціаліста та експерта. The purpose of this article is to delineate civil processual status of an expert and а specialist. То that effect. the author analyses the term «special knowledge» which is one of the key critirea for delineation of these participants' status. The article suggests definition for the term «special knowledge» as well as examines the nature of «special knowledge» of а specialist and an expert. |
