| Abstract: | У статті досліджуються правові проблеми реалізації захисту права дитини на користування житловим приміщенням. Автор встановлює проблемні питання застосування житлового, цивільного та сімейного законодавства. Аналізує судову практику вирішення подібних спорів. На підставі отриманих результатів пропонується внесення змін до чинного законодавства, які спрямовані на посилення гарантій та вдосконалення порядку захисту житлових прав дитини. The аrtісІе is dedicated to аn analysis of ІеgаІ problems of child rights to use the living quarters. Author establishes the problematic issues of housing, civil and family Іаw, jurisprudence of solving such lawsuits. Based on the results obtained, the author brings forward proposals for amending the effective legislation norms, which are aimed to make stronger guarantees and improving the way to protect the right of child to use the living quarters. |
