Abstract

Стаття присвячена правовим питанням забезпечення балансу інтересів у регулюванні господарської діяльності в умовах реформування охорони здоров'я. Досліджено проблеми, що стримують таке забезпечення. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо забезпечення такого балансу шляхом уточнення видів стимулюючих засобів регулятивного впливу на діяльність суб'єктів господарювання у сфері охорони здоров'я, умові та сфер їх застосування.
