Abstract

У статті досліджується проблема змісту суб'єктивних прав і обов'язків, їх співвідношення і взаємозв'язок. На основі аналізу основних підходів щодо розуміння сутності суб'єктивних прав та обов'язків, а також їх структури та головних ознак, що виділяють сучасні вчені, наголошується на особливостях прав та обов'язків суб'єктів правових відносин у сфері реалізації судової влади.
