| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі Ліги Націй у тривалому процесі формування і закріплення сучасної концепції міжнародно-правової заборони застосування сили. У статті проводиться аналіз суті міжнародно-правової заборони застосування сили, закріпленої у Статуті Ліги Націй. Також приділяється окрема увага Протоколам, підписаним у рамках Ліги Націй після її створення. The article provides аn analysis of the rоІе of the League of Nations in the lengthy process of the development and codification of the contemporary concept of the international legal prohibition to use force. The article covers the analysis of the substance of the international legal prohibition to use force enshrined in the Covenant of the League of Nations. The article also includes examination of the Protocols signed within the League of Nations after establishment of the latter. |
