Компетенція Європейського Союзу та країн-членів у сфері охорони навколишнього середовища

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню сутності компетенції Європейського Союзу та держав-членів відповідно до Договору про функціонування ЄС. Проаналізовано обсяг компетенції ЄС та держав-членів у сфері охорони навколишнього середовища. Автор акцентує увагу на особливостях компетенції ЄС та держав-членів у сфері охорони навколишнього середовища та значенні їх для України в світлі її подальшої інтеграції до Європейського Союзу.
