| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена проблемам визначення основного безпосереднього об'єкта злочинів проти безпеки держави в економічній сфері. Проаналізовано існуючі погляди на вирішення вказаної проблеми у теорії кримінального права. Запропоновано концептуально новий підхід до визначення безпосереднього об'єкта злочинів, передбачених ст.ст. 199, 210, 211, 212, 216 та 222 КК України. The article is sanctified tо the problems of determination of basic direct object of crimes against safety of the state in аn economic sphere. Existent looks аrе analysed to thе decision of thе indicated problem in the theory of criminal right. The new going is offered conceptually near determination of direct object of crimes, envisaged articles 199, 210, 211, 212, 216 and 222 Criminal Code of Ukraine. |
