| Description: | The paper is devoted to the main concepts related to the definition of the state’s functions of the state from the standpoint of the theory of state and law. The nature and the meaning of such categories as «function of the state» and «social function of the state» are illuminated in the article. The author proves own definition of the «social function» concept. Key words: state functions, system of functions, function’s classification, nature and the meaning of social function, social relationships, state’s social function. |
