| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена правовим засадам встановлення радянських органів внутрішніх справ у Закарпатській області одразу після включення її територій до складу УРСР. На підставі нормативно-правових актів центральних та відомчих органів влади висвітлюються особливості діяльності ОВС, зокрема, їх специфічна функція, спрямована на ліквідацію українського націоналістичного підпілля. Подаються статистичні дані результатів боротьби з «політичним бандитизмом» на території Закарпатської області УРСР у період 1944–1950 рр. Ключові слова: Закарпатська область, народна міліція, органи внутрішніх справ, ОУН, УПА, політичний бандитизм. |
| Description: | The article deals with the legal principles of the formation of the Soviet internal affairs bodies in the Transcarpathian region after inclusion of its territory into the Ukrainian SSR. The features of the activity of internal affairs bodies, their specific function aimed at the elimination of the Ukrainian nationalist underground are elucidated on the basis of normative-legal acts of central and departmental authorities. Statistical data of “political gangsterism” on the territory of the Transcarpathian region during the period of 1944-1950 are given.
