| Abstract: | Виконано аналіз основних нормативно-правових засад участі громадян в оперативно-розшуковій діяльності правоохоронних органів України. Показано, що прийняття нового Кримінального процесуальноrо кодексу України сприяє подальшому розвитку законодавчої та нормативно-правової бази у сфері правового регулювання оперативно-розшукової діяльності. The analysis of the basic legal principles of citizen participation іn the operational-search activity of Іаw enforcement bodies of Ukraine. lt is shown that the adoption of the nеw Criminal Procedure Code furthers the development of the legislative аnd regulatory framework іn the field of ІеgаІ regulation of the operational-search activity. |
