| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена проблемі розгляду слідчим суддею скарги на видачу особи (екстрадицію). Визначено предмет дослідження при розгляді скарги. Сформульовано пропозиції з удосконалення норм КПК у частині розгляду скарги на видачу особи (екстрадицію). The article is devoted to the review the complaint bу the investigating judge against the extradition. The subject of research at review of the complaint is determined. Suggestions for improvement of Criminal Procedure Code rules іn the area of the review the complaint against the extradition have bееn formulated. |
