| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены вопросы истории супервизии в социальной работе в США, ее функции и особенности. Внимание уделено возможностям применения прогрессивного зарубежного опыта организации супервизии в Украине. In the article the history of social work supervision in the US, its functions and the pecuiiarities of supervisor's activity while realizing each of them are analyzed; the possibilities of the implementation of progressive ideas of foreign experience of supervision organization in Ukrainian social work practice and its specialists training are defined. |
