Вивчення імунохімічних властивостей глікокаліксів представників молікутів та бактерій групи Bacillus-Lactobacillus-Streptococcus

Abstract

Вивчено певні імунохімічні властивості глікокаліксів молікутів (ахолеплазми) та бактерії групи Bacillus- Lactobacillus-Streptococcus. Показана наявність в їх складі одних і тих же вуглеводних компонентів (які перехресно реагують та мають серологічну спорідненість) на поверхні клітин різних мікроорганізмів (бактерій групи Bacillus-Lactobacillus-Streptococcus та молікутів з роду Acholeplasmas). Одержані дані можуть бути використані в якості філогенетичних маркерів при вивченні еволюційних зв'язків перелічених мікроорганізмів.

Тhе immunochemical properties of glycocalyx from representatives of Mollicutes (Acholeplasma) and bacteria of group Bacillus-Lactobacillus-Streptococcus have been studied. Тhе presence of the same carbohydrate components on the surface of cells from different microorganisms (bacteria of group Bacillus-Lactobacillus-Streptococcus and mollicutes of Genera Acholeplasma) were found cross, reacting and having the serological relationship. Тhе data obtained suggest that these common surface compouods could bе used as the phylogenetic markers for investigation of an evolutional relation between the listed here microorganisms..
