| Abstract: | Автор характеризує конституційно-правовий статус допоміжних внутрішньопарламентських інституцій зарубіжних країн та України. Апарат парламенту здійснює правове, інформаційне, аналітичне, документальне, кадрове, організаційне, фінансове, матеріально-технічне і господарське забезпечення діяльності законодавчої інституції. Самостійними структурними підрозділами є апарати комітетів і комісій, фракцій (груп), помічники депутатів, юридичні і науково-експертні управління, а також служби, відповідальні за контакти з пресою, радіо– і телемовлення, бібліотека. | Description: | The author describes the constitutional and legal status of the subsidiary parliamental institutions of foreign countries and Ukraine. Summed up that the Parliament carries out legal, informational, analysis, documentational, personnel, organizational, financial, logistical and economic support of the legislative institution. There are such independent departments as the apparats of the committees and commissions, factions (groups), assistant deputies, legal, scientific and expert management and services responsible for contacts with the press, radio and television, library.
