Abstract:	ln the experiment on 120 white male rats the growth and formation of humerus, hip bones and lumbar vertebra in the initial readaptation period after general exicosis of an organism was studied. The methods of osteometry, hystometry, ultramicroscopy and the determinatin of chemical composition of bone tissue were used. Тhе analysis of the investigation results showed that at the initial readaptation period the inertion changes of а negative effect of exicosis take рІасе in the skeleton bones, leading to а decrease of the growth and formation of the bones studied. However this decrease is lower than after the acomplishment of the modelling of general dehydration of an organism.
