| Abstract: | 300 patients suffering from diseases of hepatobiliar and gastroduodenal systems who participated in elimination of consequences of explosion оп Chomobyl nuclear power station were examined. 140 (46.7%) of them had chronic reactive pancreatitis with deviation from norms of enzyme secrete system. 28 (9.3%) had deviation in incretory functioning of pancreas which was accompanied Ьу clinical symptoms of diabetes mellitus. |
