Стан вегетативного гомеостазу у дітей з метаболічними порушеннями у міокарді

Abstract

The purpose of the investigation was studying vegetative homeostasis for children with cardiac type of the vegetative dysfunction (CTVD) and ММD because of the chronic infection. We observed 302 children at the age 7-15 years: l '1 group - 57 kids, suffering from CТVD; 2nd - 71 kids suffering from ММD against а background of the chronic infection; 3d – 59 kids, suffering fтom CТVD and chronic infection. The control group consisted of 119 healthy children. It was established that children, suffering from CTVD was characterized bу most of them having eutonia, predominance of the sympathicotonia over vagotonia, hypersympathicotonia (stressed) vegetative reactivity, high degree of the centralizing of the heart rhythm control with excessive involving sympathetic part of the VNS, insufficient vegetative providences. Peculiarities for the vegetative homeostasis for the children, suffering from chronic infection are predominance vagotonia over sympathicotonia, minimal extreme variances of the РVТ, normal and hypersympathicotonical vegetative reactivity, excessive involving both parts of the VNS in response of the СОР, chiefly normal vegetative providences. For children, suffering from VD and chronic infection, were distinctive the mostly expressive vegetative disorders: the highest amount of the extreme variances of the РVТ and hypersympathicotonical VR, excessive involving both parts of the VNS in response of the СОР, high degree of the centralizing heart rhythm control, insufficient vegetative providences. Combination VD and chronic infection for children led to the less economical support of the level of the heart activity function, and vegetative dysfunction bу mixed type (with excessive involving sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the VNS). Revealed peculiarity of the vegetative homeostasis should bе account to make rehabilitation for children, suffering from MMD of different reasons.
