Метаболічний Х-синдром: термінологія, класифікація, рання діагностика та лікування (огляд на актуальну клінічну тему)

Abstract

On the basis of information available in special literature, our individual investigations and clinical practice the emphasis is laid on the significance of metabolic X-syndrome prophylaxis, its early diagnostics and adequate treatment for prevention of various cardiovascular diseases as well as their complications and, hence, lowering mortality rate, expanding the life-span, increasing the standards of public health. Reasons are given as to making metabolic X-syndrome into а separate nosologic unit under а special name "multimetabolic disease", including it into the curriculum for training doctors, particularly family doctors. Metabolic X-syndrome, stages and their diagnostics characteristics accessible in medical practice have been suggested.
