| Abstract: | Estimation of the morpho-functional state was conduct in 87 patients with surplusage weight body and hyperinsulinemia after myocardial infarction. Increase concentration general cholesterol, insulin, beta-lipoprotein, and decrease a-cholesterol were reveal measure as rise body weight index. Increase body weight index is associated with rise arterial pressure, increase left ventricular end-systolic volume, myocardial rigidity, decrease ejection fraction, and formation diastolic dysfunction in the early post-infarction remodeling period. |
